The Litigation Agenda is intended both for lawyers and legal advisers who work before the courts, criminal investigation bodies and other institutions of the Romanian State, as well as for any other natural or legal persons who, in their professional activity, manage a sufficient number of files pending in all these institutions and wish to benefit from a superior organization of these files.The Litigation Agenda can manage:- public court files, located on the Courts of Justice Portal (portal.just.ro) and the High Court of Cassation and Justice Portal (iccj.ro, scj.ro), the Litigation Agenda automatically retrieving the data from these portals,- secret court files pending before the courts,- any other file pending in other public institutions (Police, Prosecutors Office, Constitutional Court of Romania, Courts of Arbitration, etc.).The Litigation Agenda was also developed in order to save the user time that can be dedicated to other professional or personal activities, the Litigation Agenda being much more than the equivalent of the physical handwritten agenda, the advanced functions being able to help the user to extend the terms of attack, "warning" of defenses raised by the adversary in the suit, etc.It is very important to know that logging into the "Litigation Agenda" application can only be done with an email account opened at Google Gmail, which, if you dont have one, you will have to create one for free on the gmail.com website.
